Our intention at The Yoga Den is to provide a healing space to help you live a more balanced life. Maybe you’re here because you crave peace and mental clarity. From Yoga to specialized group fitness and restorative bodywork, The Den has got you covered! All we do is in alignment with these four principles:

Meet Your Instructor
Randal Setzler has been a colorful coach and competitor for well over a decade. He received his first fitness certification in 2007 in Santa Cruz at the origional CrossFit training facility. He has several years of experiences leading Boot Camp Workouts, Corporate Wellness, Group Fitness Classes, and Personal Training. He has guided many athletes on paths to full body transformations in the way of weight loss as well as strength gains. He has prepared several athletes for various competitions and has taken multiple athletes to national level competitions. Many of them earning spots on the podium. As a competitor Randal has competed in just about everything under the sun. He has placed in numerous races, fitness competitions, and even in equestrienne vaulting (which is essentially acrobatics on horseback.) Most notably Randal was a two-time member of Team USA and represented the country in multiple American Kettlebell Federation’s World Championships. He earned a Bronze medal while competing in Tyumen, Russia in 2013 and he walked away with a gold one in Hamburg, Germany in 2014. He is truly passionate about the desires and goals of his clients and looks forward to working with all of you at The Yoga Den.

We are so excited to introduce you to another one of our amazing instructors at The Den! Meet Stacy! Stacy discovered her first yoga class in 2001, when she was looking for a way to alleviate stress. It didn’t take her long to notice all of the wonderful benefits yoga had to offer both mentally and physically. She was learning how to regulate her breath, which was helping her become less anxious and able to handle stress differently. Stacy was also growing stronger both mentally and physically, and she knew that her success and experience was something she wanted to share with others. In 2003 Stacey received her 200 hour teaching certification at American Power Yoga, in Dallas, Tx, and she been practicing and teaching ever since! She’s trained with different teachers throughout the years with different perspectives and philosophies, which has given her inspiration to teach and practice Power Vinyasa Yoga. She has found that that yoga is about the balance of strength, flexibility, breath, movement and stillness. In all of her classes you can expect to move, sweat, breathe and take your relaxation to a whole other level! All of this is done in an environment that promotes compassion towards her clients while customizing the class to fit your individual needs.
