Ashtanga Primary Series for Beginners Six Wednesdays Next Session begins January 11, 2012 7:00-8:15pm - $75 taught by John Drop-Ins Welcome $15
Ashtanga is a vinyasa flow-style that follows a set series of poses. This 6-week course will introduce 29 poses in the primary series. We will build strength, flexibility & stamina.
Please bring the following to class: water bottle, towel, yoga attire (gym shorts & a tank top)
BOOTCAMP
A Friday "Happy Hour" series. 5:30pm - 6:30pm $15 drop in
This one hour class will run at five week intervals. Each class offers a different strengthening practice.

Bare Bear Yoga
A gentle vinyasa flow naked class designed for men of a larger physique. The focus will be on low back and hips. Sunday January 22, 2012 11:00am - 12:15pm $15 drop in.
